This is Our Story by Ashley Elston is a book with a question that is established early on, and I was immediately hooked from the first few pages. The book conveyed its characters' emotions wonderfully, and really showed how little trust there is within the group of suspects. I could understand why the characters acted how they did. The book features multiple point of views, even the one of the killer, while still hiding their identity until the end.
This book is so enjoyable and is a start to one of my most favorite series ever! This book includes thrilling scenes, funny characters, mysterious behaviors, and lots of more things that make this a great book! I would not only recommend mystery or thriller lovers to read this book, but also people who enjoy other genres of books, because the plot and the way the book progresses make it so interesting!

There is a huge twist that happens in the book that reveals a major detail in the murder case. Throughout this book, the characters made it more captivating and made me want to keep reading.

Despite the case being declared closed by the authorities, Pip finds it hard to believe. It seemed a bit too obvious.
